Many of my friends know that 1. I love to run 2. I'm willing to run through painful situations. What you see here is not an anatomy lesson. On occasion I have had hamstring situations. The picture on the bottom is the cutting of tape and heat wraps leading to the picture on the top. These are the way my legs looked prior to putting the running close on before going off to some of the races I have run.
Even when there is no hamstring situations, on colder days I will put heat wraps on the backs of my legs just to allow the muscles to stay warm as I cool down.
